1 pkg soy crumbles/vegan ground, etc.

1 tsp cumin

½ cup quick oats

½ cup chopped green bell pepper

½ cup chopped onion

2 garlic cloves, minced

1/3 cup organic ketchup

1/3 cup unsweetened apple sauce

1/3 cup vegan milk or broth

¼ cup grated carrot

½ tsp salt

¼ tsp pepper

¼ tsp thyme

2 tbs dried parsley or ¼ cup fresh chopped

Ketchup for glaze


Sauté the onion, add the garlic and thyme

Mix everything together, put in a greased loaf pan into an oven preheated to 350 degrees  for 45 minutes, then add ketchup glaze (about 1 – 1.5 table spoons) and return to oven for 15 minutes
