Transition Framingham is hosting our 14th annual Framingham Vegetable Gardens Tour on Saturday, August 23rd, from 9:00 AM to 12:45 PM. Join us for a free tour of several home and community gardens to get inspiration, ideas, and advice from local gardeners. This year’s route will feature gardens in west and south Framingham.

Register: 

• Advance sign-up encouraged at https://fundrazr.com/52X3Qb 
• Suggested $10 donation per tour ticket is greatly appreciated, but not required, to register 
• Donations will support Transition Framingham and the Framingham Community Gardens Working Group’s work to advance opportunities for more people to grow food in Framingham

Timing:

• 9:00 AM – Meet at Diane’s house, 18 Gryzboska Circle, to arrange carpooling – please park along odd numbered side of road
• 9:15 AM – 12:30 PM – Tour 5 gardens in west and south Framingham via carpool 
• 12:45 PM – Carpool returns to Gryzboska Circle 

Details: 

• This is a rain or shine event – only severe weather will cause cancellation
• Bathrooms will be available at one stop along the tour route
• Please bring a reusable water bottle and snacks, and wear appropriate clothing and footwear
